Sadly, in January this year we lost Joel, my sister Sian's partner and soulmate of 19 years, to Agressive Gastric Cancer.  Joel, a very much loved member of the family was only 46 years old.  

After speaking with Paul, my MD at Supplies Web Ltd we decided to support a local charity throughout 2026 and following on from Joel's couragous battle, Yorkshire Cancer Research seemed the perfect fit. 

"The Joel Patrol" Team was formed and we're aiming to raise £10,000 in Joel's memory for this incredibly worthy cause.   

Yorkshire is one of the regions hardest hit by cancer. Sadly, people here are more likely to have their lives cut short by cancer than almost anywhere else in England. But together, we can change this. 

Thanks to incredible supporters, Yorkshire Cancer Research have been funding research and saving lives since 1925. Today, they are the largest funder of cancer research study places in Yorkshire, bringing world-leading expertise to the region.

Your fundraising will help:
- Prevent cancer through pioneering research
- Diagnose cancer earlier, when it is easier to treat
- Improve treatments and develop new services for people living with cancer

Together, we are changing Yorkshire's cancer story, for good.
